At DrugCheckExpress, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.

Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been placed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes: After dispatch, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 2–5 business days Regional areas: 3–7 business days Remote areas (NT, WA outback, Far North QLD): 5–10 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather events and peak periods.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Details: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. DrugCheckExpress is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact our team and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
